I have been drinking a lot of drinks in my life and have come to a point were most of the drinks have a side effect to my health. 

So I started drinking water more than drinks and hey! No side effects at all, just a better and healthier body. That's why I have decided to share on the importance of water in our bodies. Hoping it will make us good stewards of our bodies.

Your body uses water in all its cells, organs, and tissues to help regulate its temperature and maintain other bodily functions. Because your body loses water through breathing, sweating, and digestion, it's important to re-hydrate by drinking fluids and eating foods that contain water.
